Adore Manor

Description of Work

Working in collaboration with Made by Dunmore, Rathbanna were invited to manufacture various element of metalwork to their joinery package for The Carriage House at Adare Manor Limerick.

This included a pewter bar counter, Wine bottle displays to the Rotunda area, a pizza oven and kitchen pass shelving system.

Materials Used

The Pewter counter was formed in timber by Dunmore and Rathbanna cladded the counter in sheet metal pewter. All joints were welded seamless on site.

The wine bottle displays had bottle holders formed in brass with an antique bronze finish.

The pizza oven liner was cladded in PVD coated stainless steel (brushed brass finish) and joints were dressed in PVD coated stainless steel (Bronze finish)

The kitchen pass shelving was made from a collaboration of extruded heavy wall box section, flat bars, and angle profile brass. This was also finished in Antique bronze finish.

Duration of Work

This project was carried out over 8 months following various meetings at both the Dunmore and Rathbanna offices. Mock-ups and samples were included in the process to achieve the final products.

Elements including the pewter bar counter, kitchen pass and pizza oven, required the Rathbanna team to help fit on site.
